The Legionnaires' Motto
The Legionnaires' Motto, "potius ingenio quam vi" was found by Paul Rumming who discovered it following hours of research. The motto encapsulates how 'The Legionnaires' wish to play their rugby and simply means "rather by skill than by force".
The motto has now found a new home underneath the Legionnaire crest. It is hoped that the players live up to it.
